# Allegations against the petitioner Karan @ Golu in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.313 dated 14.06.2015 registered at Police Station DLF Phase8 II, District Gurgaon under Sections 148/149/323/506/307 IPC, are that on 13.06.2015 he along with his co8accused/non8applicant assaulted Yogesh, Shiv Charan, Deepak and Naresh. The petitioner has been attributed a lathi (stick) blow on the waist of the complainant and another blow to Yogesh which are opined to be simple in nature.  conclude in near future could not be controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kashmir Singh, Police Station DLF Gurgaon.

Taking into consideration the submissions and substantive incarceration already undergone by the petitioner coupled with the fact that the trial will take a long time to conclude, this Court without feeling the necessity to advert onto the merits of the case is of the opinion that further detention of the petitioner in the present case is not warranted. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.

The present petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
