**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to fairly conclude the investigation of FIR No.21 dated 27.01.2019 registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga, under Section 306 of IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh submits that the police after completing investigation filed challan. Charges have already been framed and trial is at the stage of prosecution evidence, thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
