(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the official respondents to proceed further with FIR No.70 dated 01.02.2018 registered under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code and to arrest the private respondents.
It is contended that no legal proceedings have been initiated against the private respondents, despite the registration of the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner urges that the representation dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure -7) should be decided expeditiously. Notice of motion to the official respondents. At this stage, on the asking of the court Mr. P.P. Chahar, DAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the official respondents will look into the matter and will decide the

In view of the above, I dispose of the instant petition by directing the official respondents to decide the representation dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure -7) of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
