Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioners would vacate the premises within a period of six months from today i.e. on or before 01.09.2025. It is further agreed that from the date of the order passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. 05.03.2024, the petitioners would pay an amount of ₹12,000/- per month and the arrears for the last one year would be paid within a period of 21 days from today. It is further agreed that commencing 01.03.2025 the petitioners would pay an amount of ₹12,000/- per month by the 7th of every month. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that one of the legal representatives - Vaibhav Jain, whose affidavit was also appended with the application, is present in Court and the said statement has been made on his instructions. 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioners shall hand over peaceful vacant Yogesh Sharma 2025.02.28 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-2135-2024 (O&M) -2possession of the premises within a period of six months from today i.e. on or before 01.09.2025. The arrears w.e.f. 05.03.2024 to 28.02.2025 @ ₹12,000/- per month for use and occupation of the premises shall be paid within a period of 21 days from today. Further, commencing from 01.03.2025 an amount of ₹12,000/- per month shall be paid by the 7th of every month towards use and occupation charges. Mr. Vaibhav Jain, one of the legal representatives of petitioner No.1, whose statement has been recorded separately in Court and has been identified by his Aadhaar Card, states that he would abide by the terms and conditions, as noticed above. It is however made clear that incase of default either in paying the arrears or in payment of the future amount towards use and occupation of the premises, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. 3.

Disposed off, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
