Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 13 dated 11.2.2011, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had been regularly appearing before the learned Appellate Court and on a single date i.e. 5.5.2017, he failed to put appearance in the Court and on that account his bail bonds were cancelled; he was ordered to be produced through non-bailable warrants of arrest and proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C. were also ordered to be initiated. The only prayer of the petitioner, at this stage, that he is ready to appear before the learned Appellate Court and submit fresh bail/surety bonds.
In view of above, present petition is disposed of with a direction that petitioner shall appear before the learned Court below on the next date Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.08.28 15:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
Criminal Misc. No. M-31556 of 2017 i.e. 31.10.2017; the Court shall consider the application and decide the same without taking him into custody.
