Barnala.

It is submitted that an amicable settlement had been effected between the parties on 12.6.2012 leading upto filing of a cancellation report by the police in February/March,2013. Grievance of the petitioners is that the learned Illaqa Magistrate has not passed any order on the said cancellation report. After hearing counsel for the petitioners, it is deemed expedient to dispose of the present petition with a direction to learned JMIC,Barnala, seized of the matter, to dispose of pending cancellation report in accordance with law at the earliest. Disposed of accordingly.
