(Oral) This petition for pre-arrest bail has been filed by petitioner - Nirmal Singh @ Nimma, an accused in FIR No. 47 dated 27.7.2017, for offence under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, registered at Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur, on the allegations that FIR in this case was registered on the basis of secret information. A raid was conducted at the disclosed place. A drum was found lying there having 200 kgs of Lahan. The person who fled from the spot was found to be petitioner - Nirmal Singh @ Nimma.
