**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.42 dated 18.07.2019, registered under Sections 302, 323 and 324 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned trial Court, after hearing the parties, has reserved the case for pronouncement of order. He, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection in allowing the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn.
