(ORAL) Petitioner-tenant has filed this revision against order dated 27.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) of the Executing Court, dismissing objection of the petitioner-objector-judgment-debtor.

After arguing at length, when the Bench was dismissing this revision, learned counsel for the petitioner sought three months time to vacate the demised shop.

In view of above request, petitioner is granted three months' time from today to vacate the demised shop, failing which he shall pay use and occupation charges @ `10,000/- per month w.e.f. the date of passing of the impugned judgment and decree of the trial Court dated 24.03.2015 till handing over of vacant possession of the demised shop. Petitioner is directed to file affidavit in this respect before the Executing Court within a week from today.

Disposed of.
