(Oral) After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage including his submission to the effect that in the case of forged thumb impression it is not possible for anybody to distinguish with naked eye as to whether the thumb impression is of the right person or not and also his submission to the effect that no offence under Section 13(1) of Prevention of Corruption Act, in any case, would be made out.
