(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 5 for taking legal action in FIR No.224, dated 26.05.2018, registered under Sections 217, 307, 323, 325 and 511 IPC, Police Station NIT Faridabad (P-1) against respondents No.6 to 8.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, is directed to look into representation dated 03.05.2018 (P-4) filed by the petitioners, in a time-bound manner.
