(Oral) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 233 dated 21.12.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 379, 307, 148 and 149 IPC with Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana, on the basis of compromise dated 06.04.2021 (Annexure P-2), however, the statements of the parties have not been recorded before the Court below in terms of order of this Court dated 08.09.2021.

It may also be relevant to mention here that one other person namely Ashu Mehta has been nominated as an accused, who is not a petitioner before this Court.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court when a proper compromise has been effected between the parties.
