HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA PRESENT: - Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana.

Learned State counsel contends that the petitioner was transferred to GMS, Panchkula, by considering his first preference for School in the general transfer drive in 2022. Since the petitioner is due to retire in near future, his request for further extension of deputation/transfer to the School at Bhiwani will be considered in due course.

AVIN KUMAR 2024.07.29 09:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
