Crl. Misc. No. M-31629 & 35053 of 2014 (O&M) -2On notice, a reply dated 05.01.2015 has been filed by DSP Sub Divn. Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur stating therein that the application submitted by respondent No. 5 was marked to SHO P.S Mahilpur, Distt. Hoshiarpur for enquiry. In the enquiry, it was found that the petitioners had misappropriated the amount of Rs.77,50,743/- and also misappropriated the record of the college regarding this misappropriation of amount. Accordingly after due enquiry, F.I.R No. 130 dated 01.12.2014 under Sections 406/420 IPC was registered against the petitioners. After completion of investigation, final report will be presented in the trial Court.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Budh Singh has informed the Court that Santokh Singh was arrested on 03.12.2014 In view of the detailed reply filed in the present petition, the present petitions have become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
