(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.369 dated 10.12.2014 registered under Sections 420/409/120-B/468/471 IPC, 7/10/55 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and 13(1)(C) of the Prevention of Corruption Act at Police Station, Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are behind bars since 14.12.2014.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioners can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Fatehabad.
