This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to the respondent police authorities not to harass the petitioners by repeatedly calling them in connection with the same complaint, which has already been subjected to earlier three inquiries and filed on the ground that the dispute is purely civil in nature.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the police is again harassing the petitioners by calling them in the same complaint, which has already been subjected to three inquiries and has already been filed.
