(ORAL) At this stage, both the counsel have made a joint submission that amicable settlement has reached between the parties and the applicant, as well as the respondent, intend to file the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a period of two weeks. Counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, shall be filed, within the given time, after withrawing the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is sought to be transferred by way of present application. TA-484-2023 (O&M) In view of the submission aforesaid, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
