(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.13, dated 19.02.2023, registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 427, 148, 149, 379 IPC and Sections 325, 326 & 379-B IPC and Sections 107 & 151 Cr.P.C. added later on (Annexure P1/T). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 13.04.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.04.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
