For the reasons mentioned therein, the application seeking condonation of delay of 92 days in filing the appeal is allowed and the delay of 92 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the present appeal has been filed by the appellants being widow and minor son of the deceased for enhancement of compensation. Learned counsel further states that the appeal being FAO No.2214 of 2023 filed by the mother of the deceased has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2026. In view thereof, the present appeal has since been rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
