The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.3 and to initiate appropriate action against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 16.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
