Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0092 dated 26.07.2016 under Sections 302, 34 IPC, Sections 25, 27 Arms Act and Sections 10, 11 and 13 of Unlawful Activity and Prevention Act, 1967, registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that as per prosecution version, mother of the complainant was shot dead by one Sikh gentleman, whose name later on known to be Gurpreet Singh and one another person. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he had given a sum of `1 lac to the accused. The allegation of criminal conspiracy is also against the present Vineet Gulati 2016.09.19 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh petitioner.

CRM No.M-32470 of 2016 -2The petitioner is required for custodial interrogation Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
