(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioner and his family members from private respondents. Further prayer has been made to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate and take legal action on the complaints (Annexures P-1 to P-4) filed by the petitioner.
