(ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Navreet Singh Virk, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sri Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, Punjab, on behalf of the State, filed in Court today is taken on record. Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner has assailed order dated 17.12.2016 of the trial Court, dismissing his application seeking permission to renew his passport. Heard.

Since from the petition it is not clear as to when passport of the petitioner expired, therefore, prayer of the petitioner seeking permission to renew his passport cannot be considered. Dismissed.
