H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, states that as a result of enquiry conducted by SP (D), Tarn Taran, petitioners - Dilbagh Singh and Paramjit Singh, have been found to be innocent, as such they are not required to be arrested in this case at this stage.
