This is a contempt petition filed under Section 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for their willful and intentional disobedience of the order dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents at the outset has submitted that against the impugned order, LPA was filed and the petitioners had even filed a caveat, however, no mention of the fact that notice has been issued in the same or any other details have been mentioned in the present petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition after giving full and better particulars.
