Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that SHO, Police Station Kot Isse Khan, District Moga is calling the petitioner to the police station time and again without following the legal procedure. He confines the submission for only direction to respondent No.2 to direct SHO, Police Station Kot Isse Khan that as and when the petitioner is required to be called in any compliant or during investigation, he should follow the legal procedure of issuing required notice.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the the grievance of the petitioner as put forth by his counsel and take remedial steps in this regard on receipt of copy of this order.

However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any legal action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
