Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Majid Khan, Police Station, City-I, Malerkotala, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2014, the petitioner did join the investigation and after completion of the investigation, the charge-sheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) has already been submitted for prosecution of the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 465, 467 and 471, IPC.

Criminal Misc.No.M-31670 of 2014 [2] did appear beforelearned trial court and then came to know that the charge-sheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) has been filed for prosecution of the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467 and 471, IPC, in addition of Sections 120-B and 420, IPC. The two co-accused of the petitioner, who were on bail, have also been granted bail for the additional sections. She further submits that since the charge-sheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) has been filed during pendency of the present petition, therefore, the petitioner be granted anticipatory bail for the additional offences for which the charge-sheet has been filed. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued vide order dated 09.10.2014 are made absolute.

It will be assumed that the petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail for the additional offences punishable under Sections 465, 467 and 471, IPC as well.

The petitioner shall continue to appear before learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
