***** MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not press for the adjudication of the instant Application on merits as the parties have already arrived at an amicable settlement of their dispute and the same be disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the respondent acknowledges the factum of the settlement having been arrived at between the parties and has no objection to the prayer as made by learned counsel for the applicant. 3.

Resultantly, the Transfer Application in hand stands disposed of as having not been pressed.
