**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 and 3 to file status report in the Court of JMIC, Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar in FIR No.83 dated 05.06.2015, under Sections 323, 354, 354-A, 452, 427 and 506 IPC, Police Station Sahaura.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a criminal complaint filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner before the JMIC, 1st Class, Bilaspur, the directions were issued to respondent No.3 to register an FIR against respondent No.4 along with unknown persons. Thereafter, respondent No.3 has not taken any action against the accused persons and not filed the challan/investigation report in the Court till today. On 02.01.2016, the petitioner filed an application before the Court for Naresh Kumar 2016.09.22 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh seeking directions to file status report. The police has filed the reply before
CRM-M-32492-2016 -2the Court on 11.02.2016 that the police will file the cancellation report against the accused persons in the present case. However, till today neither the cancellation report nor status report has been filed by the police. Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar (respondent No.2), to file the inquiry report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
