The relief yearned through the instant writ petition is the issuance of directions to the Maintenance Tribunal concerned to enforce its order dated 21.01.2026.

On the last date of hearing, i.e. 18.03.2026, this Court had directed learned State counsel to have appropriate instructions from the Maintenance Tribunal, and to apprise this Court of the reasons for nonexecution of the order (supra). 3.

Today, learned State counsel, upon instructions from Ms. Jasleen Bhullar, P.C.S., S.D.M., Ludhiana (East), has informed the Court that the order dated 21.01.2026 stands duly implemented and, as such, no cause of action survives for adjudication in the instant writ petition. He has also placed on record the vernacular as well as translated copy of order dated 21.03.2026 evidencing compliance of the order (supra). In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed and the instant writ petition is closed. However, in case the petitioner derives any further grievance in this regard, she shall be at liberty to approach the Maintenance Tribunal in the first instance. 5.
