Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.15 dated 15.01.2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 452, 506 IPC (Sections 147, 149, 448, 452 IPC stands deleted and Sections 420, 468, 471 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sarai Khawaja Faridabad and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Narayan, submits that the case, before the trial Court, is now at the stage of prosecution evidence and out of 16 PWs, 04 PWs have already been examined.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the available pleas/defences, before the trial Court, during the course of trial.
