CRM-A-164-2022 Date of Decision: 09.08.2024 Karamjit Kaur .... Applicant

Versus

Jasvir Singh @ Seera Singh and others .... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA Present: - Proxy counsel for Mr. Sursh Singla, Advocate for the applicant. NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The matter pertains to the year 2022 and notice of motion is yet to be issued in the same.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter was taken up for hearing on 02 dates i.e. on 18.10.2022 and 06.02.2024, out of which on 18.10.2022, the applicant had gone un-represented and on the next date of hearing i.e. 06.02.2024, learned proxy counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought an adjournment.

Today also learned proxy counsel for the applicant prays for an adjournment. There is no justification to entertain the request of learned proxy counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her counsel is no more interest in pursuing the instant criminal miscellaneous application.

Thus, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the instant criminal miscellaneous application. Ordered accordingly.
