The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-504-2015.

In compliance of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-504-2015, compliance affidavit dated 06.05.2026 of Jitender Kumar, Director General, Secondary Education, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 08.08.2023 (Annexure R-I) and order dated 30.08.1973 (Annexure R-II), order dated 09.09.1974 (Annexure R-III), sanction order dated 18.03.2026/20.03.2026 (Annexure R-IV), payment receipt (Annexure R-V) and speaking order dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure R-VI), has been filed VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.09 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-1141-2023 (O&M) -2on behalf of the respondent in the Registry. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In compliance of the order dated 07.05.2026 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of receipt of the payment of Rs.50,000/-. The same is also taken on record. 4.

A perusal of the said compliance affidavit shows that order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-504-2015 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-504-2015, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 6.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking orders.
