The application is for withdrawal of the appeal. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been compromised and the dispute settles between the appellants and the respondent. The compromise has been reduced in writing and has been placed on record with the application under Order 23 Rule 1 & 3 CPC. Nothing survives for adjudication.

The appeal is dismissed as compromised.
