As per the office report, the sole appellant has expired. Even learned counsel for the appellant on the last date of hearing submitted that she is not in touch with her client. Today also, learned counsel for the appellant pleads his no instructions to appear on behalf of the appellant. 2.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the LRs of appellant to seek its revival as per law, in case, any cogent cause of action survives. $
