H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Similar was the position on the four previous date of hearing and counsel had appeared on behalf of the appellants for the last time on 7.1.2019 and nobody is putting in appearance for appellants on subsequent dates of hearing i.e. 11.7.2019, 27.1.2020, 23.3.2022, 7.5.2022 and even today. For that reason, the interim order passed in favour of the appellants on 7.11.2001 was vacated vide order dated 23.3.2022.

It seems that the appellants are not interested in further prosecution of the appeal. The same stands dismissed for nonprosecution. ( H.S.
