(Oral) It has been apprised that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and vide order dated 19.02.2020, passed in CRM-M55330-2019, FIR No. 43, dated 03.03.2019, under Sections 323, 377, 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, and all the consequential proceedings arising out of it, have been quashed. Copy of the order dated 19.02.2020, has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. In view thereof, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
