This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to take action against private respondents in view of complaints, Annexures P-2, P-4 & P-6 submitted by the petitioner. From perusal of the complaints it is not possible for this court to form an opinion that a cognizable offence is made out. There are certain allegations of harassment, humiliation etc. Petitioners have effective alternative remedy available to them. Under the circumstances, no interference of this court in its inherent jurisdiction is called for. Dismissed.
