NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.2, to decide the appeal dated 25.10.2023 (Annexure P-4), filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
