(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that though the petitioner was initially named by his co-accused Sahil Gill, however, subsequently commercial quantity of contraband, it being 278 grams of heroin, was recovered from him as well and is involved in 4 more cases under the NDPS Act, while being in custody only for about 11 months, in view of which, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
