The Family Court, Hoshiarpur, after noticing that the petitioner is a working woman and herhe husband is suffering from a kidney disease, has dismissed the application for grant of maintenance pendente lite. On 17.05.2021, the petitioner filed a revision petition against the aforesaid order and on 03.09.2021, the following order was passed by the co-ordinate Bench:- "Learned counsel for the respondent joins the proceedings on behalf of the respondent. He seeks time to place on record the medical reports of the respondent/husband, in support of his contention that, given his current medical condition, he is literally struggling to stay alive, since both his kidneys have failed and he is at the last stages of dialysis. Civil Revision No. 1454 of 2021 At his request, adjourned to 17.11.2021".

In order to prove his medical condition, the respondent has produced the medical record.

The learned counsel representing the respondent states that though he has been advised to undergo dialysis thrice a week, however, due to his financial condition, he is undergoing dialysis only twice a week. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of in the peculiar circumstances.
