(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to transfer the enquiry of the complaint submitted by respondents No.5 to 7 being conducted by respondent No.4 to some other district and get the enquiry of the same conducted from any other independent agency and further for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so.
