**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1151 dated 21.11.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 506, 323, 406, 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Hisar. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 25.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Both the parties states that a compromise has been effected and a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise has been filed and the parties are residing together.
