In the present Letters Patent Appeal, grouse of the appellant is that though the matter has been remanded to Director State Transport but in view of the observations made in the impugned judgment, he may not consider all the pleas raised by the appellant herein.

Notice of motion.

At this stage, Mr. Navdeep Chhabra, DAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent(s).

We propose that the appellant may be allowed to raise all the issue raised herein and authority would be at liberty to pass order as per law. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Jagjivan Singh, Law Officer, submits that he has no objection to this.

Under the circumstances, we dispose off the present appeal with the liberty to the appellant as aforesaid.
