Criminal Misc. No.M-32606 of 2018 Date of decision:2.8.2018 Mukesh

...Petitioner

v.

State of Haryana

...Respondent

....

Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. J.S. Hooda, Advocate for the petitioner.

.....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.321 dated 4.7.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the allegations in the FIR, the present petitioner Mukesh had taken `80,000/- per person from 8 complainants and in total `6,40,000/- by inducing them to provide contractual job in Delhi Metro. Neither the job was given nor the money was returned. The petitioner is the main accused. Serious allegations have been levelled against him, therefore, he is required for custodial interrogation.

Cr. Misc. No.M-32606 of 2018 [2] Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
