RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 833 dated 20.07.2017 registered under Sections 181, 200, 418, 420, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station City, Panipat.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kirshan Gopal, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 05.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
