**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0063 dated 20.6.2018, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC, Police Station Fattu Dhinga, District Kapurthala.

Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is the father of Gurjant Singh who has been allowed anticipatory bail. He further submits that pursuant to the order dated 31.8.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
