ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition so as to enable the petitioner to move the competent authority qua its concerns and grievances, at the first instance.

Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Tanmoy Gupta, Advocate with Mr. Arav Gupta, Advocate, is present in Court on behalf of respondent No.1-U.T. Chandigarh. At the outset, he submits that in the event, the petitioner files any such representation/application, within a week from today, before the competent authority, the same shall be taken cognizance of and appropriate orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed thereon within a further period of four weeks. Further, he submits that before any such orders are passed, the petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing. And a formal communication in this regard, shall be issued. In the wake of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
