Present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 55 dated 1.4.2017, registered under Section(s) 364-A IPC, at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case; infact there was confusion regarding the allegation and that has been settled now. The petitioners are in custody since 2.4.2017. Thus, the petitioners be released on regular bail. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has affirmed the fact that whatsoever amount has been paid was recovered. Criminal Misc.
