(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate order, writ or direction especially with the prayer that the direction be issued to respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and to protect property of the petitioner by providing police protection. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation/complaint dated 10.4.2022 (Annexure P-3) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
